You know what your body desires you just need a little guidance and community to step into action and sustain the change/upgrade your body is asking for. You know you don't need more information, but time to get into your body through a learned experience in community.
I am so happy and honored to... guide us through a 65 minute class once a week. Starting each class by connecting and asking our bodys' innate intelligence what it is needing, allowing our nervous system to shift at it's own pace that it is ready for. Then stepping into embodied movement utilizing the Pilates Method and Franklin Method. We end with returning to our body to ask the best way to orient the work we do together; through restorative rest or nervous system balancing.
